I didn't receive my payment confirmation email.

If you’ve made payment with us and didn’t receive any confirmation mail, there are few things that you can check:
  • Have you changed your primary email address?
    • Any time primary email address is changed, verification mail is sent.  You must validate the new email address by clicking the link provided in the verification mail
  • Have you checked your spam mailbox?
    • Sometimes, our notification mails may end up in spam mail box.
