If you’ve made payment with us and didn’t receive any confirmation mail, there are a few things that you can check:
Have you changed your primary email address?
Any time the primary email address is changed, verification mail is sent. You must validate the new email address by clicking the link provided in the verification mail
Have you checked your spam mailbox?
Sometimes, our notification emails may end up in the spam mailbox.
