This article describes configuring Grandstream - IPPBX UCM6102/6104 to work with Flowroute:
To configure the Grandstream - IPPBX UCM6102/6104:- Connect the analog telephone to the PBX through the FXS1 port.

Connect the Grandstream PBX to your network through the WAN port.
The PBX will display an IP address when it is properly connected to a network with a DHCP server.

Enter the IP address into the browser of a PC with access to the same network to open the PBX UI.
The UCM6102 IPPBX Appliance UI displays in the browser:

Log in with the following credentials:
-
Username: admin
-
Password: admin
-
-
At this point you can use the Setup Wizard to set up some basic functions, or click Quit to configure the following later:

Change Password: reset the administrative password.
-
Network Settings: WAN and LAN configurations. Default options are for DHCP.
-
Select Time Zone: time and language configuration.
-
Extensions: You can skip this for now.
-
Trunks/Routes: You can skip this for now.

Configure the SIP Trunk.
-
Click PBX, and then in the left-hand navigation pane, under Basic/CallRoutes click VoIP Trunks.
The VoIP Trunks page appears.

Click Create New SIP Trunk.
The Edit SIP Trunk dialog box appears:

Verify that these fields are set as follows:
-
Type: Register SIP Trunk

Provider Name: flowroute
-
Host Name: [Preferred PoP].sip.flowroute.com
-
Keep Trunk CID: This should be cleared as this will will be configured within the extension.

Username: tech prefix
-
Password: SIP password
-

Click Save.

Configure the extension where inbound calls are sent.

Click PBX, and then under Extensions in the left-hand navigation pane, click Create New FXS Extension.
The Create New FXS Extension page appears:

Verify that these fields are set as follows:
-
CallerID Number: DID to be displayed on outbound call.s

Permission: National. However, depending on how this extension will be used, other options can be Internal, Local, or International.

Click Save.

Configure Outbound Routes.

Click PBX, and then in the left-hand navigation pane, under Basic/Call Routes, click Outbound Routes.
The Create New Outbound Rule dialog box appears:

Verify that these fields are set as follows:

Calling Rule Name: Any variable name that you want to assign to the route.

Pattern: The pattern for the route.
-
Privilege Level: Appropriate level based on route
-
Use Trunk: SIPTrunks — flowroute
-
Prepend: Any leading numbers that should be prepended to the route.

Click Save.
The Create New Outbound Rule box closes, and the Outbound Routes page appears, displaying the newly added route:

Configure Inbound routes.

Click PBX, and then in the left-hand navigation pane, under Basic/Call Routes, click Inbound Routes.

Click Create New Inbound Rule
The Create New Inbound Rule dialog box appears:

Verify that these fields are set as follows:

Trunks: SIPTrunks — flowroute
-
DID Pattern: pattern for the Flowroute DID called

Default Destination: Select Extension from the drop-down list box, and then select the applicable extension number from the drop-down list box to the left.

Go to the Status page of the PBX and verify everything is configured properly:

Interface status: WAN is green
-
Interface status: FXS is green
-
Trunk status: green
-
Extensions status: green
-

Click Apply Changes at the top right of the PBX UI to save your changes.
The configuration is reloaded, now allowing you to receive calls on your PBX.
