Setting up your account - Updating email addresses

When starting your account you will already need an e-mail address on file. However to update your either of your emails, you can find the steps in this article.

 

Changing your Flowroute account e-mail:

Log into your Flowroute Manage Portal

  1. Find Preferences on the left side panel
  2. The landing page will be Account Information
  3. Scroll down to the Account e-mail address box
  4. Correct, or change the e-mail on the account to the new e-mail that is should be changed to
  5. On the bottom right corner of this specific box of information is a teal "Save" button. 
  6. Use the "Save" button

NOTE: The account e-mail change will send a confirmation e-mail to the updated e-mail address. Please check for that e-mail to complete the change.

 

NOTE: There are multiple "Save" buttons on the page. It is important to use the right "Save" button for the type of information you are changing.

 

Changing your Portability e-mail address:

(This e-mail address is specifically only used for information needed by Porting to communicate important Portability information.)

Log into your Flowroute Manage Portal

  1. Find Preferences on the left side panel
  2. The landing page will be Account Information
  3. Scroll down to the Portability e-mail address box
  4. Correct, or change the e-mail on the account to the new e-mail that is should be changed to
  5. On the bottom right corner of this specific box of information is a teal "Save" button. 
  6. Use the "Save" button
