Flowroute Customer Sub-Account Limited Early Release

Welcome to the Flowroute Customer Sub-Account Limited Early Release

We are excited to share with you our new feature to be launched very shortly. You will be among the first to have hands-on experience with the product through our limited early release.  

During this limited early release of our new Sub-Account feature; we will be offering to your team the opportunity to engage with your customers in a more consolidated way. The Sub-Account product provides you with more control over your portfolio of accounts, easily and quickly.

Below you can find some steps to get you started when exploring your new features. 


Create a New User

  • In advanced settings, select “User Management” on the top header in grey. 
  • You will see the option to “Add New User” 
  • Fill out the form and make sure you give them access to the Account.
  • The user will need to verify their account information via an email link.
  • Save the form. 

Switching between different Accounts

  • On the top bar to the right of the Flowroute logo, there is a drop-down to the right of “Switch Account” 
  • Select an account on the drop-down to switch between accounts.
  • You can administer any advanced settings in “Advanced Settings” on the right-hand menu bar. 

Billing review

  • Open “Billing” to see the complete list of accounts and their charges. The drop-down at the top will display this complete view under “All Accounts”
  • Select an account from the top drop-down to the right of “Switch Accounts” to view specific information on that account. 


NOTE: Please remember this is a live limited early release. It is your account that you are using to explore these new features. Please take the time to review your new experience before committing any new actions.
