I didn't receive my payment confirmation e-mail

Common issues when missing a payment confirmation.


If you've made payment with us and didn't receive any confirmation mail, there are few things that you can check:

 

  • Have you changed your primary e-mail address?

  • Any time primary e-mail address is changed, verification mail is sent. You must validate the new e-mail address by clicking the link provided in the verification mail

  • Have you checked your spam mail box?

  • Sometimes our notification mails end up in the spam box.

 

If you've check above and still can't receive the payment confirmation, open up a support ticket and we'll be happy to look into further.
