Common issues when missing a payment confirmation.
If you've made payment with us and didn't receive any confirmation mail, there are few things that you can check:
Have you changed your primary e-mail address?
Any time primary e-mail address is changed, verification mail is sent. You must validate the new e-mail address by clicking the link provided in the verification mail
Have you checked your spam mail box?
Sometimes our notification mails end up in the spam box.
If you've check above and still can't receive the payment confirmation, open up a support ticket and we'll be happy to look into further.
