If you use SIP registration for interconnection, you will need both the Auth ID or Username (which is also your Tech Prefix) and the SIP Password for your acount. In your Manage account, you should be able to do the following:
View Your SIP Credentials
To view your credentials, visit the Interconnection page of the Manage portal. In the "Status & Setup" tab, you will be able to see your Tech Prefix and SIP Credentials.
Your Username & Auth Username will be displayed in the lower right, along with your current SIP password and an indicator as to whether SIP credentials are currently enabled for outbound calls.
Reset your SIP Password
If you need to reset your SIP password, just click the Reset Password button below your current password. You should see a confirmation message at the top of the page once the password has been successfully reset.
NOTE: Please make sure to update your PBX or any equipment using SIP registration to use this new password; your Auth Username and tech prefix will remain the same.
