  3. In the Start date and End date fields, enter your desired filtering start and end dates following the suggested valid formats below the End Date text field. By default, today's date is set for the Start date with the End date being set for two hours later. You can set an export window of up to 90 days.

NOTE: You can select any historical date range for the export, but the export start and end dates must fall within a 90-day window. For a range greater than 90 days, you must perform multiple exports. Additionally, the Filter CDRs option only allows you to access CDRs within a 24-hour time window.here}

  1. Enter other desired filters. These may include:

    Pattern: Any number range to include in either destination or caller ID. For example, you may filter CDRs by area code, such as 206, or by a specific exchange code, such as 661. Or, you can filter by both; e.g., 206661.

    Direction: Select the call direction that you want to filter for. This can be Outbound, Inbound, or Both. By default, Both is selected.

    Custom tag: Filter CDRs tagged with a specific string. For instance, you might want your search to only return CDRs that include Seattle.

    Duration: Filter CDRs by a call duration. From the drop-down, select either greater than, less than, or equal to, and then enter your desired search duration (in seconds). By default, greater than is selected. For example, you might want to return only CDRs that are less than 75 seconds long.

    Cost: Filter CDRs by call cost. From the drop-down, select either greater than, less than, or equal to, and then enter the cost (in US dollars) on which you want to search. By default, greater than is selected. For example, you might want to return only CDRs where the call cost was more than US $3.25.

    Countries: Filter CDRs by country. For example, you might want to filter calls to or from France (depending on selected Direction) only. By default, All countries are selected.

    Toll-free only: Select this checkbox to restrict your search to toll-free calls.

    Exclude countries: Select this checkbox to exclude your selection on the Countries field. For example, you might choose to exclude calls to or from Italy (depending on selected Direction).

    Show cancelled: Select this checkbox to include cancelled or incomplete calls in the search results. By default, cancelled calls are not shown in the resulting CDRs list.

  2. Click Export to CSV. You will be redirected to the CDR Exports page where you can download your requested CDR export in CSV format. You may see a delay depending on the size of the requested file. We appreciate your patience.

NOTE: The CDR Exports page will retain up to three CDR export requests and purge the oldest as new ones are generated.

  1. To export the file, click the Download link. Once it finishes downloading, you may open or save your CDRs file for a later review.

NOTE: If you wish to only filter CDRs, follow all steps above while taking note of the 24-hour time constraints on the Start date and End Date fields. Click Filter to display your search results.
