How can I be entered to win?
Once a member of our Support Team resolves your ticket, you will be sent an email notification that will also allow you to provide feedback on your support experience. By completing this survey, you will be automatically entered into the raffle. Anyone who opens & closes a Flowroute Support ticket during April 2019, and rates their experience is eligible to win - whether or not you are an existing Flowroute customer.
What can I win?
First prize: $75 Amazon gift card
Second prize: $50 Amazon gift card
Third prize: $25 Amazon gift card
What are the rules?
The customer email address that initiates the Flowroute Support ticket will be the email entered into the raffle. Only one email per ticket can be entered to win. Winners will be contacted via email by Monday, May 13th, 2019 - for the security and privacy of our customers, winners will not be publicly announced.
