Submit a ticket to email@example.com using "Account Cancelation" as the subject. You need to include in the ticket the following account authorization information.
- Tech Prefix
- Email us your reason for leaving.
NOTE: The Flowroute support team does not accept any cancelation requests without the above-required authentication information. If you are unable to locate this information, please contact your IT professional who will be able to assist in locating the details.
To reduce fraud, no exceptions to this process are accepted.

NOTE: When a cancellation request is processed, you will be relinquishing ownership to any DIDs on the account; purchased or ported in. Please review your DID inventory before choosing to close an account.
Once we receive the email with your account authorization information and reason for canceling we'll process the cancellation and refund any remaining credit. If we cannot refund your balance to your original payment source, please contact us for more options.
Your refund may take up to 30 days to post back to your original payment source.
