How Do I Add or Delete a Stored Credit Card?

Flowroute currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club cards. In order to make a payment on your account, you must first have a credit card on file. Once a credit card is added, you can use that card for recharging your account or for setting up auto-replenishment on the account. 

We also accept gift cards and prepaid cards that are from one of the credit card providers listed above. 

In this article:

To add a credit card

  1. Log on to Flowroute Manage Portal.
  2. Click Preferences, and then click Balance Management

  3. Go to the Credit Card Management section. 
  4. NOTE: If you have previously added a credit card, that card will be displayed in the Stored Cards; otherwise, this field will display a message that no card is on file.
  5. In the Credit Card Management section, add the details about the card in the Add new card and Billing Address sections. 

    NOTE: The Billing Address details must match those on file with your financial institution. If you receive a zip code mismatch, please contact your financial institution as we have no way to override the assessment.
  6. Click Save

    If no errors are encountered when adding this card, the card is then stored and can be used to add credit to your account. The Stored Cards section displays the credit card brand, the last four digits of the account, and the expiration date.  

    The stored card can now be used to add funds to your account

To delete an existing stored credit card:

If this is the only stored credit card, you are prompted to confirm the deletion. 

  1. Log on to Flowroute Manage.
  2. Click Preferences, and then click Balance Management

  3. Go to the Credit Card Management section. 

  4. Click the X in the red box to the right of the stored card. 

    A confirmation box prompts you to confirm the deletion. 

  5. Click Confirm

    The stored card is removed from the system.
