A Complete status means that your phone numbers successfully migrated to Flowroute on the specified completion date. Once complete, Flowroute's Numbering and Portability team do one last check to ensure that your telephone numbers migrated successfully and that there were no issues. If you provisioned inbound routes in advance, those routes take effect immediately upon migration.
If applicable E911 and CNAM can now be provisioned to your phone numbers.
